SubLime Creek

Good morning of community service with the office mates got the roll started off a little later than normal. Ullrich and Hoodie joined in the mid-morning start from the French Bakery parking lot. Bit breezy, but temps flirted with perfection all day.

Nice easy spin on 620 over to Anderson Mill. Passed some newbie group (looked like a Tri-training expedition) on 620, and ramped up the effort ever so gently to get past them. Other than that, completely full tank when we hit the Lime Creek Loop.

Fun, fun, fun,. 3 minute pulls around the loop were perfect for effort/recovery. Weather was ideal. Ullrich and Hoodie were Budweiser Clydesdales. I was as happy as a little girl. Personal bests on that stretch for all.

After Lime Creek we cruised old man style around the Mod Oz. Double espresso at the French Bakery was a rare but excellent treat.

I hope y'all enjoyed the Annual Dough mailer. get those dates on the calendar!!
